Deliveries within the UK

Orders are prepared for dispatch the day following your order. Depending on the delivery option selected we anticipate your order should reach you in 5 working days.

Delivery times:

Standard (2-3 days): £2.45
Express (1-2 days and requires a signature): £8.00

All delivery times stated refer to the UK Mainland. Deliveries to BFPO, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands will take longer. Express deliveries will always be faster than Standard to any location.

Wear Chemistry aims to satisfy all deliveries within 14 days of purchase, unless subject to exceptional circumstances.

Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of World

Express Delivery (order tracking available): £12.00

Deliveries should take between 5-8 working days from point of order to reach country of delivery. For deliveries to countries outside of the European Union, please be advised that this excludes time for customs clearance for the country of delivery. We have no control over the time taken to clear customs and cannot predict what they may be. Please allow 14 working days for any postal delays before contacting us.

Customs Information

When ordering goods from Wear Chemistry for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Wear Chemistry, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. For instance: Clothing value £28.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
