Returns and Refunds

Naturally we hope that you will be 100% satisfied with you Wear Chemistry product. However, if you need return or exchange the product, please return the item(s) to us unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

UK Customers

Please complete the returns form (found on the back of your original invoice or download here and return it with your garment. Include the pre-paid address (below) on your package and collect a proof of posting certificate from the post office.

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the colour and size changes that you wish to change to make and we will make the swap. Refunds (excluding original delivery charge, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations) will be credited back to the original payment method e.g. the credit or debit card used to make payment. Refunds will be credited within 30 days of receiving notice of refund.

International Customers

Regrettably we are not able to offer our international customers a complimentary postage returns service. We advise that you select a secure service e.g. signed for, or tracked, in order to be sure that your garment reaches us.

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the colour and size changes that you wish to change to make and we will make the swap.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our clothes.

Reasonable Care

Products returned to Wear Chem Ltd should arrive in the same condition in which you received them and in re-saleable condition e.g.

  • you can try items on as you would in store;
  • nothing must leave scent or marks on the product (aftershave, perfume, lipstick, make up); and
  • product must have its original packaging and tags.

#wearitwell

All garments purchased from 2013 and on come with the #wearitwell guarantee. Our clothes, much as we love them, can start to show their age, there’s often nothing wrong with them, just a little wear and tear. If you’re thinking of donating your Wear Chemistry clothing as part of a big bag you're sending to recycling or a local charity, send it back to us instead (using our Free Post address) - we will use it in new products or send it to a clothing dispatch for those in need. In return, we'll give you 50% off your next Wear Chemistry purchase.

Terms and Conditions

  • #wearitwell is only available to customers who have purchased via wearchemistry.com
  • All submissions must be at least 24 months old
  • Customer must supply order reference number
  • Wear Chemistry reserves the right to decline #wearitwell submissions
  • #wearitwell is a ‘one order, one customer’ promotion
  • For each accepted #wearitwell submission, we will offer a 50% reduction on the next Wear Chemistry purchase
